Andris OzoliņšDNB bank board chairman and president
Andris Ozoliņš is directly responsible for the bank’s Legal Department, Marketing and Communications Department, HR Department, Compliance and DNB Markets. A.Ozoliņš is indirectly responsible also for the structural units connected with Operations and IT.
He joined the bank’s board in September 1999. In 2011, he became the bank’s senior vice president. In 2004, Ozoliņš became the bank’s board chairman and president.
Jānis Teteris DNB bank board member and vice president
DNB bank board member and vice president
Jānis Teters is responsible for the bank’s Corporate Services Department, as well as bank’s subsidiaries - SIA DNB līzings and SIA Salvus.
Teteris joined the bank in 1998. From 2003 until 2006 he was deputy director of the Corporate Services Department, after which he became director of the Lending Risk Analysis Department.
Ivars KapitovičsDNB bank board member and vice president
Ivars Kapitovičs is responsible for the bank’s Sales Management Department, Product Development Department, Retail Finance Restructuring and Workout Department, as well as bank’s branch network.
He joined the bank in 2000 as head of the Legal Department and then the Product Development Department. He led the launch of the bank’s branch in Estonia and has also served as a board member for the bank’s leasing company.
